The above is correct --there are a slew of choices between plastic, metal and everything else.

I don't see why appearance of the marketed range would stop you from playing, UNLESS you feel that the model quality will cause the game to fail.

otherwise, pick your range and go. My main question is how the rules are at this point? I'm wondering if they are superior in game play design to Battlefront's WW III offering.

I haven't played a game of NorthAG yet unfortunately. Most of the community feedback indicates that it's probably more of a simulation-type system of actual warfare than Team Yankee, in the same way that the other BattleGroup games are to Flames of War. You only have units and vehicles which were actually in service, whereas TY is a 'what if' scenario - again this might be a good or bad thing depending on what you are after.

Also you don't seem to get the parking lots of tanks lined up that many people complain about with TY, so I guess it 'looks' a bit more realistic when you are playing too.

Personally I have had a lot of fun with TY and the parking lot thing has never been a problem for me.. because I choose not to setup my miniatures like that when I'm moving them, it's not as optimal but we give some more leeway over shots and line of fire etc.
But I'm looking forward to playing NorthAG as well too as it's meant to be a fairly different experience.

On an Express Elevator to Hell!!

Some news that Piers Brand (Big P on these forums) posted on FB today about CentAG, hopefully won't mind me sharing here.

- PSC have had a bunch of issues with shipping, production, replacing Ultracast machines, staffing and finally workload on the latest boardgames (I assume this refers to the Rome Total War game which is currently making big $$$ on Gamefound)
- However after the boardgame efforts end next week PSC want to get back on to model kits and miniatures, first on the list is CentAG.
- So Q1 2022 may be a reality. Piers has asked for a big relaunch of NorthAG alongside this and also some big army deals.

Ends with a fingers crossed, to which I concur! Great to have some positive news at last as I know a lot of people have been waiting for this release.
