I won my first game of 10th Edition with this Incursion list for Thousand Sons; it's likely not very competitive, with over half of the points costs invested in CHARACTERS, but it served me well, generating 16 Cabal Points per turn in a 1000 point game (15 if the Tzaangor Shaman gets Battle-shocked).
