I expect you will run into issues when playing against a more armour heavy list.
In addition the 3x 10 man squads of spectres will be difficult (perhaps even impossible) to hide, removing one of their major strengths.
Unsure how fun this will be to play or play against.

One suggestion when posting a list, remove the additional space between lines. It's a long scroll to read the entire list and making it a bit more compact would make it a lot easier to read.
