I was thinking about how nasty this could be?

Lets say you stick him in a command squad, and use him along with a basic ultra marine drop pod list?

This should be about 1500 haven't broke it down because its just the basics. . .

1 Tigurius
1 Chaplain
1 command squad

2 terminator assault cannon squads in Drop Pods

3 Space Marine Squads in Drop Pods

2 Predators probably Las-cannons with HB's

I think this could be a very frightening list to most people

Why tiggy and not a regular librarian?

Tiggy would make it considerably better because of the doubled range on psychic powers, and being able to adjust the psychic powers during deployment.

He is also only 22 points more than an equivalent librarian, and sometimes even less. . .
115+15 for MW Rod, +1 Bolt Pistol, +3 Frag and Krak Grenades, +9 Minimum for 2 psychic powers Storm and FOTA, (If you give him FOTD and VoT or Vortex , or Veil and Vortex he is cheaper with an even better range)

and the last and most important reason, Its Fluffy (Stitch like Fluffy )

Versus Tau: FOTD, and Vortex or FOTA?

Versus Marines: Storm and Veil of Time?

Versus IG: FOTA, FOTD

Versus Eldar: FOTA, FOTD

Versus Dark Eldar: FOTA, FOTD

There's only one power where there's a range to double however.

Well Skyth, I happen to disagree on that as do many others but because its kind of up for grabs right now with the massive level of ineptitude being shown by GW and their lack of Erratta or clarifications, we can agree to disagree. . .

My opinions
Storm: 12 to 24, Supported by GW

FOTD: 12 to 24, Supported by GW but kind of lacking in support because they are notoriously inaccurate with their lists, articles, and nearly anything else on their website. . . (Hell I find so many conflicts in fluff it isn't even funny any more)

Vortex of Doom: 12 to 24, If I am correct about FOTD, then logically about this one as well. . .

I doubt most opponents will object to 24" fear (or rather they'll object, but not on the basis of legality).

But if it works as well as it's suppose to, the victory is going to be a little hollow now that you know the rules might not support such an overpowering interpretation of his rules.
