I am testing this one out. I feel I have good shooting and early pressure + harassment. However I feel I lack some scoring units. Thoughts?

It looks a bit like an MSU style list of old. I am not sure your staying power is good enough for objective holding in the current edition.
Especially the Exocrines might be dead pretty quickly, because they are the only "tanks" in the list and cannot hide well.

For Vanguard detachment I would recommend 1-2 Flyrants and maybe monsters from Deepstrike eg out of a tyrannocyte.

Deathleaper is a great addition to this list. Should you also look at giving your warriors the best shooting options with 2 venom, 2 barbed and 2 deathspitter? Neurolictors also feel like good addition to vangaurd style lists. The flyrant with Chamelionic could be a good idea.
