I was looking over the ork codex and under the entry for Ghazghkull it mentions the fact that he had his head plate installed by Mad Dok Grotsnik, the famous Dok. In that entry though, it mentions that he was a Deathskull. I play Deathskulls and had never heard this before; I always assumed Grotsnik was a Goff due to the fact that Ghazghkull was. This seems even stranger give two things: 1) I've never seen Grotsnik with his face, or any part of his body for that matter, painted blue. 2) The Deathskullz were not on list of orks attacking during the war for Armageddon (I noticed this on the old Aramageddon website, I don't know if it's still up but anyone curious can check). The reason behind #2 being that it would stand to reason that, dispite his insanity, one would think that Grotsink, an at least a few other deathskullz would have followed Ghazghkull to Aramageddon. Anyway, I just don't like the idea; I can buy the thought that arrogant Goffs would be the target of the Dok's little bait'n'switch exploding head thing but I don't see it happening to the Deathskulls.

it was never mentioned what ribe the doc was from even so far as the 2nd edition codex. Oh well updated fluff, its a double edged sword.

Meh, He's a Doc.

He was probably too busy performin unneccasary surgieries to be bothered with painting himself or his gear the tribe colors.

I still would say hes a merc tbh. His fluff pretty much tells us he does whatever he wants. Hell if the snakebites or a tribe of feral orc for that matter were to be like "Heyz boss we wants you experiment on us boyz!" im fairly certian the Doc would piece out and follow the nutters.
