Under the couch

Whipped up for a game on the weekend before last, and finished off yesterday.

The paintjob's a little basic, but he needs to fit in with the rest of the army, which is a little dated at this point.

The base is new, though... The rest of the army (which can be found in the UTC Gallery here is on snow, but I've never been completely happy with it, since it was done over a large span of time and so there's a large variance in how it looks even within the same unit. I'll be slowly rebasing the army to match this fellow.

I'll probably add a gaggle of snotlings on a separate base to follow him around when I get some free time...

I think it looks great!

The only thing I could suggest is maybe the shokk bits that you have painted green would look a little better in a slightly different colour. Right now it matches the Ork just a little *too* well since one is supposed to be a machine and one is a living creature.

But that's all the C&C I can come up with, he looks very feisty!

I think that looks great. I love seeing old models painted up to a good standard.

Unlike some armies there is always a true place for old school minis in an Orc army. Nice job.
