This is where Wikipedia goes wrong, in my opinion.

I'd like to know specifically where the Necron codex or 40K fluff says that the Dragon is the strongest C'tan, or that the Outsider is "imprisoned" in a Dyson sphere. There is evidence that the Outsider is linked to a Dyson sphere, but that relationship and the relative power levels of the C'tan are really just fan speculation.

The Outsider shall never escape the Dyson Sphere, as it never loses suction

I'm not sure what you mean by "suction". A dyson sphere is a solid megastructure originally designed to absorb maximum solar energy from a star (at the center). As the C'Tan in their natural state ar just energy (like a supernova with brains) they also make handy C'Tan prisons. There's no suction involved.

That was good!

There is as Dyson store near me. Every time I walk past it I have the strongest urge to go inside and ask the salesman,

"Do your vacuums suck as much as Hoovers?"

I wonder how he would answer...

"It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion.
It is by the seed of Arabica that thoughts acquire speed, the teeth acquire stains, the stains become a warning.
It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion."

Ha ha yes, the joke is indeed on me. Personally I got over the whole vacuum cleaner joke much earlier in the Dyson discussion, only to have it come back to haunt me. Oh the failure. Oh the shame...
