Subject: Best Way to Represent Star Wars Sith Empire on the Tabletop?

with the Eisenkern Stormtroopers coming out in a few weeks (fingers crossed) I'm considering making a force based on the Sith Empire from Star Wars: the Old Republic. My only problem is that I'm not quite sure what rules to use for them. the only group I know what I will use is GK for an army of the sith themselves, but as far as the regular troopers, I'm a bit vexed. this is a basic Sith Empire trooper:
he's too armored to be an imperial guardsman in my opinion, but he's not exactly super soldier material to be a space marine. I'm just not sure what he's going to be. if I do decide to make him a guardsman, the question is what will I use for regular non psyker space marines? anyone have any ideas?

GK could work if you run a Henchman-heavy army. They have access to a lot of stuff that could easily represent the varying Sith stuff. For example, Death Cult Assassins could be lower-ranking Sith with Vibroswords, whereas the Power Armoured Knights would be "full" Sith with Lightsabers.

Hmm. If you want to throw money and sacrifice some unicorn hearts, you could get some Forgeworld stuff.
Some Cadian heads with respirators.
Elysians look like they have more armor/better looking armor than a Cadian
Use them as- wait for it- Storm Troopers in the IG codex, or Veterans with the Grenadier upgrade for the better armor. These guys could be the foot troops, then you can ally with Grey Knights for some of the more powerful units.

I'd say guard with GK allies an Inquisitor makes for a pretty mean sith lord.

actually this is going to be a multi army project I've been planning for a long time, there will be IG for the sith troopers, GK for the sith themselves, and I'm thinking of making a SM legion list for the mandlorians. I've got some basic fluff already, but that's more for another topic.
