I love the Dark Angels they are my favorite faction by far! Even if there are none with Dark Angels are there any video games that are like the real tabletop game (you get so many points to pick your troops set up the terrain, etc)?

You must be able to get a dark angel mod for Dawn Of War.

Also the new release Battleline is quite close to the tabletop experience. Turn based and you choose a force beforehand using a points system. It’s blood angels in that rather than dark angels though.

The newish game Battlesector is a turn based game somewhat similar to the tabletop. Though it's currently the Sanguine Angels and Nids with Crons coming up.
