Struggling about in Asmos territory.

And on the off chance anyone playing right now, I really mean back in the day when expansions didn't exist yet, so vanilla (and at most the Age of shadows, which is a huge change already) only.. Sol knows what they've done with the game in our time anyway.. (haven't played online videogames in like about 5 years now myself)

I find that Ultima has greatly inspired my approach in warhammer, even in that I made a few of Uo's creatures like two uo cyclopses out of two gargants. I did contemplate making 'samurai empires' hiryu from the chaos beasts too but instead thought it cooler to make cockatrice (classical) out of em. (giving them rooster colors)

I also still view orks as the Uo kind (orc camps full of active players roleplaying blood ork clans etc... having to barter with them to their blah and rules was alot of fun) and not the 'english pub' kind..

So if this thread applies, did it also inspire you to warhammer?
