So the idea is to deploy strikes on back line infiltrate pathfinders and stealth. Reserve commander and crisis suits as one unit. Marksman sits on back line. I position stealths to drop beacon and annihilate any squad that tries to get within 18" of the crisis bomb.

Crisis drop in with 22 ions 18 hit on 3+, 4 on 2+ guided by stealth with sustained hits 2 and a re roll of 1 hit and wound per model. That 66 shots firing with sustained hits 2 at either str 7 or 8.
