The Necron units usaually hard to comversion and customed due to their smoth and clean looking.

And what does BLAME! Style/Nihei Tsutomu style mean?

Simply put, they are a horde of mechanical creatures, obviously mechanical but with strong biological characteristics------- a similar but subtly opposite version of H.R. Giger's ‘Biomechanics’style.

Unlike most common Necron units, they look very messy, dirty, asymmetrical, full of strange tubes and biological tissue-like features on their bodies.

If you glued various parts from the Mechanicus unit on a Necron unit, it would look similar.

And for their HQ units,I hope make some more calm and beautiful human-like face guys, you know what I mean.

are there any such third party BLAME! Inspired conversion parts for Necron units?

Texas

Nihei's work is close to/ mebbe inspired by Giger and he uses a lot of that "Biomechanical" look- so, you may have more luck looking for "Metal Tyranid" type models, liks so:
