I am going to be running a campaign basedon the Gideon IV campaignpostedon the GW website. Here are all the rules http://us.games-workshop.com/games/40k/gaming/40Kin40min/default.htm

The only thing is that i dont know how to determine who is going to fight who. There is one guy who is undefeated that no one will want to play and 2 guys who havent played all that much so they will be considered easy kills

Should I draw up a roster to determine who fights who or should i let people choose who they fightand run the risk of it being very unfair and have people want to leave

Campaigns are hard to maintain. I recommend you keep the pressure up and record were things went wrong. Make sure you improve for the next time. I would grid the tournement so everyone fights everyone else once. If the games aren't completed within a certian time frame, and one side can make a reasonable arguement that they tried to play it, give them a win.
