Well, I seem to be at a roadblock with the banner. I'm not sure if I should make it an ork banner or stick with the looted theme and make it a graffitied-up space marine banner. Any opinions?

I think a looted Space Marine Banner with Ork stuff painted over it would fit your army best.

My looted themed banners were usually Space marine stuff with orky glyphs or grafiti on them. I am not usually a fabric banner fan, but that makes sense for bikes.

I really like your bike. I am getting ready to attach my trike to the base, and while I know 'wheelie time' is the thing for orks, I almost want to have all 3 wheels on the ground so I can transport him easier. With your wheelie and banner, how do you plan to transport him without breaking him?

Well, the banner itself is attached with magnets for easy removal, and the rest of the model will soon find it's home in a comfy foam holder.

And transporting the boss is nothing compared to having to move my biotitan around.

Just finished painting the banner for my warboss. Adding graffiti soon!

Since my space marine army is completely devoid of bikes, and 33 of my ork bikes are based off looted space marine bikes, I thought it only fitting that the boss would have carried away their banner as well. I actually ran into a problem, as I never got around to a banner design for my marine chapter, so sat around drawing for a few minutes and came up with this. This was actually my first banner design and painting, just freehanded onto a blue background. Any comments/suggestions appreciated

That's the first time you've painted a banner freehand!? Good grief

It almost seems a shame to have to cover that beautiful piece of artwork up with Orky graffiti. Hats off to you sir!

Warboss complete! Wasn't quite sure how much graffiti I could put on the flags while maintaining their previous details, so here's what I settled on. Enjoy!

Awesome job and great WIP coverage. That squig is the brightest green squig I have ever seen! Does he double as a headlight for the Boss?

Very well done. An excellent conversion and one to definitely be proud of. I look forward to seeing more of your conversion work in the future.

I really like what you have been doing with your orks.

about his model . . .

I love the way you kept the base plain and incorporated the power klaw digging into the asfault.

I admire your greenstuff abilities and you do a great job with conversions.

Great job for your first freehand banner.

To tell the truth I have been thinking of an attack squig on a bike and have thought it would be kind of silly untill I saw this.

Overall I give this project

But do forgive me if I steel a few I deas from you... I love the use of the WHFB orc banner I might try that myself, also it gives me ideas of several other things I could also use.

Not only do the rules say your wrong but they also say your a DICK!

I wish I had a squig like that. and i'm loving the skulls on the top of the banner...its not proper ork unless they carry around the skulls of other orks. it just makes it characterful. masterpiece.

It brings tears of joy to my old eyes , I love the squig with the tongue out like a dog with its head out the window of a car . The only thing that lets it down , for me , is the colour of the squig, a tad to bright for my taste. But all things considered fantastic job.

He made the squig himself. Quite an amazing model. Wish I had the same kind of modelling skill (Although that won't stop me from trying!). Inspirational!
