Getting my ass back in gear. I took out the bin of primed scenery pieces and put basecoats on them, and I finished building my Thunderhawk Transporter kitbash, gave it a primer coat, then a basecoat, then a full wash. It is now drying overnight, peacefully.

Finally got the old hobby dungeon cleared out of hobby stuff. Unfortunately it's mostly still in boxen. Hoping to sort that out a little today but there's still a few things to move out of the old house so we'll see. I did manage to find my missing enforcer torso though, so that's nice

Finally got back to painting my Basilodon. Had to take a bit of a break due to exams and what-not, but I'm getting back into it. Then I have to paint 5 immortals, 5 lychguard, some 30 or so warriors, as well as the contents of a WHFB 5th ed starter set that I found at a salvation army.

Struggling with an IPod camera to get a picture of a bloodletter that looks clear. Photoshop isn't helping either.

Assembling a box of Dark Riders that has been sitting in my bits drawer for about a month.

Well last night I tried airbrushing, but the airbrush needs a new needle seal thingy I think (it is pulsating) It is not an air supply problem.

Today I am researching new ones (as the airbrush isn't mine), might be able to get one at Blick's (yay 40% off coupon!)

Thanks. Finally managed to get ups to deliver it my actual address. Of course the timing meant I just got a quick look at the contents before having to leave the house. Will have to do an inventory in the new year.

Won't be painting any of it until I get at least 1 useable force for ronin first though.

I'm waiting on my Antenocitis Workshop Sci Fi figures for my Moon Colony 5 game

Starting some minor work on my holiday acquisitions. Got one Bakunin moderator filed, removed from integrated slot, and mounted on a nail for ease of painting. Thought I'd ease my way back into doing metal figures by doing one of the single piece minis first.

Also looking at assembling one or two of my crazy box deadzone figures, see how the new restic formula works out. If I get done with that stuff (BG2:EE is calling my name from my steam library), I'll try to put some washes down on another enforcer.

Right now I am taking a break from the multiple legs on my tomb stalker. Curse you anthropod!!

If I can get this kid to play quietly somewhere or take a nap I fully intend on priming a Moderator from Bakunin and a Yndij trooper.

Finished painting my DZ human rebs, very small models compared to the far larger Plague and the 70mm Radagast I've been working on. Between 40k, Deadzone and random projects, there's a heck of a lot of variety clogging up my desk at the moment.

Getting ready to start a bolt action campaign using battlefront minis glued on pennies. Refreshingly inexpensive. Rule set refreshingly intuitive. Very excited.

I will take some pics at some point and get them on here, but at the moment I've misplaced the camera USB so can't get them on my computer. Expect a pic-dump in the next few days when I can get proper lighting (we've got very overcast weather over here at the moment) and I find the USB.

I've started work on the Yndij now, very interesting models to paint.

Yeah, they seem neat. I'm thinking of trying out a red/orange and brown scheme like Red XIII, minus the fire on the tail.

I've gone for a red/brown on the Yndij, and I decided all my Rebs are getting white stormtrooper-esque armour and and brown fatigues, it should help to tie the various species together.

Finishing off my 2nd gen plague models for Deadzone. The deciding on whether to start the 1st gen of the 3rd gens. Pics will be posted in the mantic deadzone thread later.

Realized I have a ton of models that still need to be assembled.
Tried to make a fire warrior Shas'la (and almost worked but one leg managed to break off... ), a gun drone, and a crisis suit.
Tau seem surprisingly easy to paint.
Also tried working on a tactical squad. Might try an inquisitor conversion with some spare parts.
This may sound weird but do tactical squad sets come with enough parts for an 11th marine?
