Over the years, with software changes and camera upgrades, there are a few bits and pieces that have either come and gone from Under The Couch gallery, or simply never been added in in the first place. I'm hoping over the next few weeks to work my way through the cabinet and add those missing minis back in.
So, I'm kicking things off today with a Harlequin Wraithlord that I converted and painted up way back in 1999. Thought that while I was updating the gallery, I might as well show him off over here as well...
Built from a bunch of parts I received with some second-hand Eldar, including the old metal Wraithlord torso, metal Warwalker legs turned around so the knees face forwards, a Falcon pulse laser, and the front cowling off a Rogue Trader-era Harlequin Jetbike.

Good stuff, the Faceplate is an excellent use for that bit! Any thoughts on changing him to a round base though?

If I ever get around to building an Eldar army for this guy to be a part of, I'll consider rebasing him.
For the moment, he's just standing around in the cabinet, so there's no real point.

Congratulations, your dismissive and conclusory commentary has provided nothing to this discussion or the wider community on whose behalf you arrogantly presume to speak nor does it engage in any meaningful way the remark it lamely targets. But you did manage to gain experience points toward your next level of internet tough guy. |

The dark subdued colours work surprisingly well. They sort of re-enforce that harlequins are actually very skilled and terrifying foes. Even if I'm not sure how them having a wraithlord would actually work.

I'm going to come out and say it: Not a fan of the black.
Nice conversion though. I prefer the new Wraithlord kit still, but I like what I see, and I like the personality.

It did have rules at one point, in one of the Citadel Journal Harlequin lists. Can't remember them off the top of my head though.
This guy was never really painted for the tabletop, though. Hence the (not actually legal) Pulse Laser that was just added on because I thought it looked cool He was just something that I painted because I wanted to do something different and had the parts laying around.
