This happened last game. Ork nobs are within the range of two damaged neuronthropes. I did Suprice Assault stratagem - forces a leadership test witch he fails.

The orknonly takes damage once, right? But do both neuronthropes heal? Do I choose witch one gets the heal?

AURA ABILITIES
Some abilities affect multiple models
or units in a given range. These
are known as Aura abilities and
are tagged with the word ‘Aura’. A
model with an Aura ability is always
within range of its own Aura ability.
A unit can be affected by more than
one Aura ability at a time, but if
a unit is within range of the same
Aura ability more than once, that
Aura ability only applies to that
unit once.

Spirit Leech (Aura, Psychic): While this unit contains a
Neurothrope, while an enemy unit is within 6" of this unit,
each time that enemy unit fails a Battle-shock test, it suffers
D3 mortal wounds and one model in this unit regains up to D3
lost wounds.

I’d say both Neuros heal though, why not. Probably need to pick one but I’m tired and can’t decide.

I think they'd both heal, since that's the aura only affecting them once.
But you'd only take damage once too.

Only one instance of the aura effects the ork therefore only one is healed. Since the two resolve at the same time it follows normal sequencing order

I agree that only one of the units can heal. The Aura triggers on the Ork unit and has two effects. You can't heal both the unit without the Aura being applied to the Ork unit twice.

The problem with the only one argument is that two different units of neuronthropes are within range of one failing a leadership save. Should not that unit see it happening?

What do you mean "Should not that unit see it happening" what rule makes units see?

40k is an abstraction, the fluff of it is irrelevant, that it can see has no bearing on the interaction. If all 3 units were in aura range but behind separate LOS blocking walls the outcome is the same as if they are clearly visible fighting on an open field.

Rules-wise, the aura is only applied once to the Ork unit. Therefore only one of the Tyranid units may regain d3 wounds. It is a simple as that.

It is stil only applied once if the Orks gets one damage and both zoanthropes gets life.

No. Read the ability again.
Spirit Leech (Aura, Psychic): While this unit contains a Neurothrope, while an enemy unit is within 6" of this unit, each time that enemy unit fails a Battle-shock test, it suffers D3 mortal wounds and one model in this unit regains up to D3 lost wounds.
There is a sequence of events that happens here.

1. The enemy unit fails a battle-shock test.
2. The enemy unit suffers D3 mortal wounds and one model in this unit regains d3 lost wounds.

You can't do just half the effects of the Aura. You have do do them all. Since you are not allowed to apply the aura to the unit that failed the Battle-shock test more than once, you cannot have multiple units regain wounds.

Once again, this feels like a baited trap not a genuine question.

If in doubt, play by the spirit of the rules and only heal one Zoanthrope unit instead of trying to maximise advantage. The fluff is the Zoanthrope sucking life force from the victim. It’s not two Zoanthropes either end of a piece of spaghetti like Lady and the Tramp.
