That thread was hilarious... talk about overuse of the !! As in "I'm taking a Khorne Army! With Bikers! And a Bloodthirster! And I have aTzeentch army!" Sorry I can't comment on much more, my eyes starting bleeding at that point.

And I thought us Americans were supposed to be sue-happy. That guy needs to seriously calm down.

I'm pretty sure that guy is a spoiled little kid, and not a married adult as he so claims.  He doesn't come off as having an intelligence past a teenager (he named his Slaanesh army Beautiful Deadly Women or something stupid like that) and he's jumping on the litigious bandwagon like I did when I was young and foolish and thought the world pandered to me.  The whole argument on his part seems like a "Nu-uh" harangue.

That thread is even more pointless than the current Survivor thread, and I thought that was the most pointless one I had ever read.
