Well, if UK orders are starting to arrive, I assume my stuff is processing through customs. Or soon to do so.

Same here. Think I ordered at least one of everything except for the Bastion.

Aye, I've not had a shipping confirmation yet either.

Nothing here yet, nothing is showing up in my GW history, and no email so far so a bit more waiting I guess.

My Skyshield platform did ship, but hasnt arrived just yet. Should be here next week at the latest

One of the biggest annoyances about the new website is that they don't show historical pre-orders or made to orders...

Maybe. One order from GW recently took me over month since getting shipping notice...So don't knock wood yet with that "at the latest" ;-)

Mine arrived and I finished building it last weekend



Filing off the skulls from the insides of the side walls was a PITA, have to admit..

I left mine unglued from the central split point, so it can still be stored in two halves. You can leave one of the side wall connectors unglued (I use blutac for holding them in place) from both sides, this allows you to still break the thing in two for storage.

Looks like this unassembled:



This one will serve as an upper layer for a two-story landing platform for games. I already had one platform, but left it without the side walls so as to be able to stack one level on top of it. If I can still find the side wall bitz for that one, I might add in the vertical and horizontal side walls after all, since you only need to leave out the diagonal side walls for them to stack

(PS I know those unsightly gaps in the pillars still need filling out before priming.. it shall be done)

EDIT: Oh snap! Just realized I forgot to file off one of the damn skulls.. that one's gotta go

Because they are a Fisher Price-y morning cartoon detail that has no place in my terrain collection. I always remove excess skulls from all terrain pieces when possible to do so without too much effort. In the 40K I remember, skulls weren't this goofy catch all meme thing they have since become, like Mr Ninjabread once said on this board: "A few skulls is horrifying, skulls everywhere is just kitsch"

Have just had confirmation of my Skyshield shipping

Had confirmation of shipping of my order (at least one of everything except the Bastion) in early hours of this morning, delivery due for tomorrow.

Skyshield and Bastion are on the way

Despite UPS saying they needed a signature for the MTO parcel and me asking them to take it to the local UPS collection point they instead left it on my doorstep in the pouring rain and has since been stolen.

In Canada here and no news still.

That's terrible service on their part.

Still no word on my order of a Bastion and a Sky Shield. I contacted customer service earlier this week to ask about it, but have not heard back yet.

I ordered toward the end of the availability window, so I am probably last in line and I fully expect it to take another few months. However, it would be nice if I could see that the order is still parked in the queue, but the new webstore makes that impossible.

To make matters worse, GW still owes me a Rogue Trader rulebook and a special edition Votann character in another order from the same month.

I'm still waiting on my Rogue Trader too. I paid for mine mid-October, so hopefully I'll get it by mid-March if it goes the whole 180 days...

I'm still waiting on my terrain and Rogue Trader and the Votann mini. And because it all happened before the switchover to the awful new store there's nothing about my order on my account. GW customer service has assured me that the order is still there.. Even so, I'd like it to actually say so for my own peace of mind.

I'm in the same boat. I've called every month just because I cannot see it. Customer service says they have my order but I have no qualms about trying to get an update and confirming they still have my order. It's irritating that it doesn't show up in the history.

Same boat for Rogue Trader. Sent an e-mail to get confirmation they still have my order (and I have a print-out to be doubly sure) and they claim they see it, but still waiting for any word its been shipped.

Yeah, a new entry in the store + confirmation email won't be made until they ship it I'm afraid, had the same happen to my MTO Ghost books, I got an assurance that it was still in the system but it wasn't until I got an email telling me that a new order number had been created and that it was on its way that it was back in the system.
