Indeed sir, who knows.
I find as I get older, that I have more patience where these things are concerned, it doens't matter to me if I get a launch box or not, I barely play all the titles I have for old systems anyway. I want the new ones, but it must work right, the first time, or it's not worth my time. Im just now getting around to acquiring a 360 and haven't been sad about it at all. I can see by so many gamer tags here that Im behind, including you Yak!
Im getting old, I want quality over speed and quantity.
That said Im also begining to be dubious about Sony's online response, I haven't read much about what the PS3 will include, or what online capabilities will be possible but if the 360 is any indicator it seems as though a solid online component to any home entertainment system has become a benchmark. Is the PS3 going to have this capability? Is Sony loosing user base as people grow acquainted with the 360s online GUIs and games? I do not claim to be an authority but it would seem so.
I have been playing WoW and other MMORPGs for some time, and have enjoyed the online features in Halo and other games, I expect that I will create a 360 account to use those games as well and play other people. IF the PS3 doesn't offer that too, it will be a serious flaw.
