How did lizardmen get down to 4? Higher on page 2 they were at 10 on warlordty's post and the same before that, but on the next post, _jomi's, they were down to 4.

The only model in the entire Ogre Kingdoms range that looks remotely Mongolian is the Ogre Tyrant, and that's mostly because of its helmet. Also, Mongolians were almost exclusively mounted and archer-heavy forces.

Voting off the army that is least like a particular culture so that the winner (theoretically) would be the one that is the most blatant rip off. Like the pretorians, who are obviously Zulu War British colonials.

We are supposed to be voting off the least like a culture.

For example, Necrons are nothing like Ancient Mesopotamian armies such as the Babylonian or Assyrian Empire. They are based on Terminator. So I'm voting them off.

But, but... Ogres look like giant bloated Mongols! Yeah! (ok, so not really mongoloidian aside from some cosmetic similarities... And as I said before Empire = ECW, not Holy Roman Empire.
