It's 55 megs for the high res one, 2.5 minutes long or thereabouts. All rendered in realtime in-engine. This is what Halo3 is going to look like.

Yeah, that's the first game where HDR hasn't left me feeling kind of bleh. Even Oblivion's implementation of HDR is a bit over the top.

Ignoring the excellent technical details...it's a great teaser (which is all it is). Very promising for a game that didn't need any more hype.

Watched it via X360 and a big screen.

I really really really hope you can FINALLY command the Marines. If not, then I'm sending Bungie a letter suggesting a spinoff series...

It'd be excellent to see the Covenant War through the eyes of the Marines serving under the Chief. It'd make the Chief seem like even more of a superhuman...

Technically, the Marines never served under Master Chief, as he is enlisted Navy and they're enlisted Marine Corps, but I see you're point. I always like to see conflicts through the eyes of the little guy, which is why I'll always prefer "Band of Brothers" to a James Bond flick, and why I play IG and not SM.
