It's not wise to enter an area near a black hole. That's why the Macharian Crusade ended. I mean even the ultimate man and creature Empy himself would be consumed by one I think. Nevermind normal men.

I'm more than happy not to know pretty much all that has been canonically hidden from view. Mystery is fun and the problem with finding out is it might be gak. The Horus Heresy books are a great example of a mythical, mysterious event in the canon being turned into a convoluted soap opera, some of it great, some of it awful.

If you really want to know most of what hasn't been outright stated in the 40k universe all you have to do is read a selection of Sci-Fi pulp from the last 60 odd years. Names like Asimov, Herbert, Heinlein, Bradbury, Haldeman, Card and Clarke. All top notch writers with fantastic stories; and if you want IMHO the absolute best power armor book written then read Armor by Steakley.

Basically, GW's writers have stolen and borrowed a LOT from those sources. Which is not a bad thing.

Already sold too many dreadnought models. 2nd Edition players remember when the models were new, and an assault cannon was a krak missile launcher with 3 sustained fire dice.

Seems fairly obvious. It's an artificial womb that allows them to grow human beings based on egg and sperm samples without requiring the actual participants to be involved in the baby making process.

This is all in the latest Codex: Necron.

Whether the star child theory is true, is the void dragon under mars, will the imperium ever technologically advance, whether purple is the best color for ork vehicles (red ones go fasta, blue ones are more lucky, red+blue=purple).
