Built and primed the Death Guard side of Dark Imperium for a friend of mine. I also built a Noctilith Crown for myself. Finally, doing some detail work on some Blood Angels tactical marines as part of a cheap commission.

Found my motivation, painted camo on gunshields for light field arty for my R&H, made 2 normal, and made then the fault to make one camo out of Chaos stars. Suffering, utter suffering ....

GW:"Space marines got too many options to balance, therefore we decided to legends HH units." Players: "why?!? Now we finally got decent plastic kits and you cut them?" Chaos marines players: "Since when are Daemonengines 30k models and why do i have NO droppods now?" GW" MONEY.... erm i meant TOO MANY OPTIONS (to resell your army to you again by disalowing former units)! Do you want specific tyranid fighiting Primaris? Even a new sabotage lieutnant!" Chaos players: Guess i stop playing or go to HH.

Worked on updating some of my older Malifaux tacticas for my blog, finished another Malifaux post and working on 2 Gutter Runners and a Blitzer to finish my Blood Bowl team
Currently building stuff. I'm converting my Iron Golems for Warcry into Nurgle Iron Golems, and also start building and converting lightly Matthys, the leader of the Black Guild for Kharn Âges
Finished my unofficial GSC Nexos.
Bought a box of tempestus scion command for $35 and have built a nexos, biophagus, clamavus and a sanctus using bits and those models. Kinda like my knock off Kellermorph.
Here's the nexos.

Hand of Glory figures from their previous KS. Figures use magnets to attach weapons and other accessories, including weapons, spell effects, and familiars. Background is from Loke Battlemat's Dungeon books.
I like your Nexos more than the Citadel model. A much better fit for a Brood Bothers or Hivecult style army. I also agree with his battle plan: frontal assault is best assault.

Continued working on painting some custom, scratch-built terrain.
Cheers,

Thank you.
Hope you can post some pictures of your terrain.

I do privateer4hire, just check out my link to my Building Necromunda and Terrain, Old School Necromunda and other Things...although my photos are usually a week or two behind my posts here.
OK, due to having Ms. Captain Brown needing attention and her wanting to play Barbie and Lego...much of my day was booked before I woke up. Then it was getting sand down on the grass. Followed by a family walk, which meant I did not get much done today. I did seal the plasma tower and put sand on the bases of four Phoenix Lords...and dropped three models into Simple Green. Not a lot, but time was limited.
Cheers,
CB

Been slowly painting/learning when it comes to contrast. Did a pair of phobos HQs:
Also took a break and did a grot. Love how the skin tone turned out:

After...months of not doing anything, I'm trying to pick up the slack and get some stuff done. Yesterday and today;
Repainted most of my sheds, outhouses and wagons for my Old West game - after having painted them poorly maybe a year ago. Been bugging me ever since.
Touched up a half dozen dungeon miniatures, from damage on bases, to some colour fixing, applied some necessary gloss, fixed a broken sword, etc. Basically miniature maintenance.
Repainted part of a modular bridge I use for the Old West.
Assembled and primed 12 ur-ghuls for use as actual ghouls in my dungeon crawl, repainting bases on four other ones I've previously done - to match the dungeon. Will probably paint/dip them tonight since I use a stupid mega-easy method for them.
Resorting my fantasy miniatures and picking out some to sell/ditch and re-arranging all the foam more logically.
Will probably assemble some zombies I received in the post today as well.

Pondering lists for a possible AoS Seraphon force.
Pondering potential lists for our next AoS Path to Glory campaign. The current campaign is about 1/2 over, so it's time to consider what to build/paint next.
I've done Fyre Slayers, Gitz, & now Beasts of Chaos. Expand one of these? Do another flavor of one of these? Do something completely different??
