Managed to prime my Herd force for KoW, using Northstar's Gnolls and GW's wild Wargs.

Looking forward to getting them painted, and then finally in the table.

Game of Warcry with the wife. I definitely over think our games or she is just better at war-games.

Painted some of my new Dwarven Forge stuff. Pretty disappointed with some of the pieces - which is a shock. May have to be more careful about my choices in the future. The stuff has actually gotten worse from my original KS pieces.

putting the final touches on some 30k deathguard stuff

I started painting some 3D printed contemptor dreadnoughts for my custodes army.

Iron warrior dread for scale. The 3D models themselves are a mix of a couple of different custodes and contemptor dreadnoughts models I found on thingiverse.

Finished a bunch of Malifaux models (almost finished Outcasts faction entirely, moving on to Ten Thunders) and working my way through more Legion stuff. Once this batch is done I'll have 2 different skirmish lists painted before I paint the rest for full sized armies

I've been working on a little diorama type thing involving a barn and tiny pigs.

Tiny space pigs.

Instructing a mechanicus super gun model using a bunch of sector mechanicus sprues.

After much effort-

I have painted all the things!

so the tally-3 full DUST armies numbering

54 infantry models 14 vehicles.

Additionally for 40K

1 vehicle

and touching up 14 classic battletech miniatures(metal) that got dropped and chipped some time ago.

Not bad for 4 weekends of lockdown.....now to get through the rest of the month

I still have several gundam master grade kits i need to assemble, however seeing as how most of my display cabinets are full i may not be overly motivated to finish them

Feeling your pain. More power to you. It's a slog but well worth it in the end.

Another batch of dungeon stuff done...Dwarven Forge's quality is slipping though. Was far less impressed with this than some of my other stuff.

Worked on a metal Exorcist for the Monthly Painting competition. Did the last layer of clear resin on my acid pools.

That's odd, doesn't look much different from the stuff I got off their first two Kickstarters. Then again, I haven't bought anything since 2013.

...which also reminds me, I need to find an excuse to get more...

Using LGS to fill some bubbles in my resin bike squad torsos

Primed my entire Shattered Stormvault terrain kit. Now I'm contemplating on if I should wash the entire thing with agrax earthshade or start base painting the parts that won't be a stone color.

Primed an annihilation barge and built the necron lord figure that comes with it.

Painting more of my BSF models.

Did a couple finishing touches and on the Canoness, Repentia and Imagifiers that I painted over the weekend and now starting some base layers on a squad of Seraphim.

Finished a pair of toxic pools for Necromunda.

Finished base painting 30 OathMark goblins for KoW.

Painted my Warhound Titan and with that the biggest model for my Mechanicum army as of yet.

Went and got the PA6 book and ork half of set plus LOTR models and assembled this big bad boy. Next to paint it...

Making trees.

Because now that my table is built I need to make some suitable AoS/40k terrain for it. Not counting this evening, I've got 4 days.

Tonight I'll do some trees.

It's funny. For all the thousands of minis, covering all genres, I've got? I have comparatively little actual terrain (& that's in mostly 15mm WWII desert themed) as I rarely host anything.
Now I've made crap loads of stuff over the years. But it's mostly been for/with shops, being paid for my efforts via product/hefty discounts.
So I guess if we want anything other than 15mm North Africa come Sunday I better get busy.

Finishing up about 16 bases worth of trees/plants.

Bought a bottle of something called "chalkkboard paint" that supposedly lets you paint a chalkkboard onto a porous surface to see if it would be useful for terrain and bases, and picked up a couple nice dry brushes and a large round brush for a dollar.

More work on painting my Deathwatch Marines.
