Writing up a world for an RP game. And a currency system.

Also bought a starter set for Warmachine.

Would you be willing to share some of it with us asherian? I am curious.

@Asherian, much luck to you, I can't say how many times I started doing that and never got finished, may you have better perseverance.

Got some time, may try to finish a model and get some more ready to paint.

Finished off december's projects, and got stuck in to January's stuff. Got a razorback base coated, inked, and have started layering it up. Also partially built another 20 night goblins. How much retardation goes into those sprues? 20 goblins, so you'd think 20 hand weapons and 20 shields right? Wrong. 17 weapons and shields. Which is fine if you are making a new unit, but not if yer expanding an existing one.

Bits box to the rescue...

Putting together some Opel Blitzes, a couple of Elefants, a Tiger, and some Marder IIIH's for my Sturmdivision list, and then will hopefully be priming them and a Panzer IV H for Bolt Action.

From there I'll probably paint some Hungarians, Germans, and Americans for both systems.

I'm lamenting being at work when I have a couple hobby projects that might provide a shred of satisfaction.

Tomorrow I am heading over to a friends to do some painting. Hopefully this will allow me to make some headway with my Samurai.

Cursing over how horrible Milliput is. Need to pick up some new green stuff.

Finally bought an airbrush and compressor to get my ass on the aribrush-bandwagon today! Bought me a Land Raider and some Spawns to please the dark gods, also to complement my Chaos army! Spent half my January warbudget on some terrain aswell and have started planing on building a 3x2 gaming table.
Feels good to spend some quality time in the office away from clients (consultant)!

Today I've clipped out and am trimming/filing Mantics excellent skeleton regiment. I just now realized that there are two separate sprues (troop and command) so there's even more variety than I had counted on.

Sprinkle in a few of my old GW skeletons to taste (probably 2-5 per multibase of "20" models) and I should be able to squeeze out 4 "20" skeleton units out of 4 mantic sprues and a handful of old gw skeletons.

Of course today I'll be glad to end up with one or both o those sprues trimmed and cleaned.

Oooh, while I'm here, anyone have a good suggestion as to what to use to fill in around their little integrated bases? Some kind of cheap casting plaster or perhaps something even better I haven't considered?

Everything on the house that isn't where it should be gets piled on the gaming table in my gaming room, so all my projects have been put in holding boxes and shelved until we're done.

Annoying as hell, but it needs doing.

The RP world its located on Darkstormgaming. Currently working on it. with a few peeps. and writing a short novel while I'm at it. :rolleyes:

Just message me and I will give you the places where I post. I don't want to post it on here, mostly because I think some people would mind that. Its more for the RP, but it is always open to people to use.

Finished highlighting a Rhino, and clear coated it ready for my first experiments with oil washes and pigments. Also finished assembling 20 night gobbos and got them primed. I'm fairly getting through stuff at the mo. Hopefully its not just January motivation!

I played a game of necromunda tonight. Also painted 3 zombies.

Got my DE armada ready to roll for Saturday's tournament.

Some day they will all be painted.... some day...

Flipping through my Eldar codex trying to figure out schemes for future models. Craving to purchase swooping hawks but already have to much to paint for my other armies to finish them off.

Also worked on a sniper drone conversion which went really good until I sliced my thumb open and gushing blood EERRRYYYYWHHEEEERRREEE haha

Was reading through a few rule sets for fantasy Mordheim and regiment pack seems like an interesting system. Makes me want to start my Daemons army but not until Eldar are done which I just started haha

Today I tried painting, and then realized that the models would sit there forever collecting dust. So I packed up my brushes and cleaned off the desk. Now my fiance has a place to do her artwork!

Today I am going to work on my IG entry for Bebop's competition, my Special Forces IG unit and finish organizing my workshop (it got a little messy over the holidays).

Paint deadzone and getting an 1850 point list ready for my game tomorrow against my buddy's eldar. I think I"m gonna go with a SM list with IG allies and an inquisitor retinue. For the Emporer and all.

Painting up some Dark Angels Company Vets...

...well I was this morning... now I'm hitting a wall or something and don't wanna do nuthin but play on mah PSP.

I painted half a pirate.

Stayed home sick today from work.

Dazedly painting base colours on the hulls of all my DE vehicles in a dayquil haze..

Finished the vets! Well sort of... the painting is done... still need to apply some stuff to the bases like sand, grass, gerbils... you know stuff...

Been working on some Sanguinary Guards for the last two months. I would work on it a bit and then my schedule would jump up to 6 tens. Good money but no life. I am hoping to get them done fairly soon. Used some Grey Knights and DC bits to make 4 of them with Melta guns and one guy with a Chapter Banner. Looks pretty decent for now.

Put together my Dark Legion army for Warzone. Prime and seal them, ready for painting.

The Praetorian Behemoth really is a behemoth, it certainly isn't a "miniature" in any sense of the word!

Today I plan to finish the IG for Bebop's comp and the Special Forces dudes, I just have to make the =][= on the shoulder pads. Then maybe I'll blast thru my Conscripts (which I am growing to hate) to clear the way for a Skitarii squad.
