Finishing off a prototype town house for my Mordheim table. Doing the tiles takes forever. I've stopped just shy of the ridge as I've just remembered I need to put chimneys in

Cheers I think it might be a bit tall (completely made up the dimensions using a spare mini for scale) and a town house should probably have a stepped 1st floor. The tiles also look a bit thin, so may try plasti-card next time.

I've enjoyed making it though, which is good as I'm going to need an awful lot of buildings to cover the 4' by4' board.

Airbrushed my 9 Crisis Suits for my Farsight army. Now need to do snow effects on their bases.

Just waiting for my brother to land so we can get out DE v CSM game underway. Using a Court of the Archon for the first time ever despite having the models lovingly painted in my cabinet for the past few years......

Working on Ripper Suits for Deadzone, started a Grogan, but my yellow paint is shot, so I think he's on pause til I hit the local game store: probably tomorrow. Also have bomb-dogs to work on. My goal is to get my main models for each army done. Which, of course, means I need to finish painting my second Enforcer sniper. Yeah, I run two! They are more than exceedingly effective, and worth having only a 5-man team.

Broke out the Deathwing I've had in a box in an effort to get them painted up. Despite the fact I'm in the middle of a Space Wolf Revival, I feel a Dark Angels Revival coming on...

@Paradigm good lord, you sound like me! I've got to either get rid of, or paint up all of my marines... would free significant brainspace that's usually spent deciding on a chapter/theme

@TtW, I'm gonna get an initial strike team done for each faction, so kind of on the same page with you. TWO SNIPERS? sounds brutal. I think a 5-man enforcer party is probably OK anyway, they're all gonna shrink to that size if you want to use your more experienced dudes anyway. Pending one plays campaigns, and that said person refuses to not bring upgraded soldiers just cause stock guys are technically more tactically sound.

I think Icewind dale 2 is going to distract me a bit, but I've been clipping out battlezones today. I've got 5 out and started on 6. I was gonna get my plague primed and my enforcers dipped but I still don't feel great yet so I'm taking it easy. There's really no rush anyway.

At drop of a hat I started building legs for a mutant rhino. It felt like a good idea when I started.

just primed a Deffkopta im making from scratch out of an old kids meal toy and some random bits and sprue pieces ... i made the prop out of a tongue depressor today as well ... its now wet and drying in a warped position to give it the proper look.

Definitely gonna be a piece of ork ingenuity!

Guy told me he was gonna put me in my place cuz I won my first two games. He was previously undefeated. First run with Enforcers and I won my third game.

I got the Wolves out on a whim the other day, as I am a little burnt out on Deadzone (just the Mawbeats, Mauler and Pyro to go and none of them are grabbing me at the moment), and then I busted out the DA for a test game with my Knight yesterday, prompting a deathwing painting session. The Wolves and Angels are now probably fighting for the desk space. I know what you mean about struggling to decide on a chapter, I have models that have served in Ultramarines, Imperial Fists, Dark Angels and Ultramarines (again) armies, being painted each time. They've gone full circle now.

Two Snipers must be nasty. I often run one and N-32 as a pseudo-sniper, and it works amazingly, so I can see dual snipers murdering anything. With cheap (relatively) burst lasers and Strikes that excel at Blaze Away, you can afford to put the points into direct-damage units.

It's kind of funny/awesome too that you have both DA and SW, and that those two chapters specifically hate eachother (good naturedly, but still!).

I've definitely squandered baby nap time today playing IWD2, so I'll be getting some more sprues clipped at best.

It is kinda cool having both. On the occasions I ally them, I'll always have the 2 HQ's fight a duel before the game, although the Wolves usually win as I tend to take tooled-up combat Lords while the DA usually get librarians.

Bwahaha! Nice. I'd probably like 40k better if I still had anyone to play it with. As it stands at the moment, the models are scaled a little weird, and they're super expensive looking at new stuff. And don't get me started on ebay, that's a binge/purge thing for me if ever there was one!

Re-orged my game room.

All my scenery is now in labelled clear plastic tubs beneath the gaming table, so that i can just pull out what i need, or on shelves easily accessible for the larger stuff.

Probably paint some stuff later.

Also need to finish building my crashed Ork Krooza schery piece. Lots of work left to go on that.

Going to finally start painting my Black Templar stuff I have built and primed... at least a Terminator...

Now is the day that I finish up Magnetizing my Menoth Multi-jack kit.

The jump pack marines from my strickforce. They're probably 60% done right now.

GM'd a game of Only War with my girlfriend, her brother and her father.
all in all, it was great, intense, at times hilarious fun.

Anxiously awaiting my Guild of Harmony models to get here. The USPS has them, they just haven't dropped them off yet. :/

Very nice looking house for the table. You'll have to post pics once the chimneys are in place and it is painted up.

My Plague Hulk came in that i will be fielding as a Nurgle Soulgrinder.

So that's my evenings for a few days right there..

Quite a productive night. Got another 20 greenskins dipped and ready for basing, a piece of terrain almost finished, and a ten man devastator unit well underway.

cleaned and built a legion battle box, and have almost finished a circle battlebox, bringing me that much closer to my case of painted starters

Sorted out a method for spraying/painting/dipping models already based on clear acrylics without mucking up the shiny bases. Clipped out battlezones. Down to two of twelve. The vast majority of them are still not cleaned, I'll probably do that as I use them. Probably gonna take a video game break for the evening while I fight off the last of my sick, but once I'm back on the metaphysical horse I'll finish clipping those last 16 or so sprues, and start trying to organize everything by tile into a large subdivided box. I'll also have to clip out half a dozen or so sprues of connector clips, then I can start building like a madman First projects to include a pair of Deadzone Dice Towers.

Recently a friend has gotten me into Future War Commander, so now I have an excuse to dig out my old Epic Eldar stuff and work on re-organizing it for this game. Pics to follow soon.
