Then I'm gonna build em a fort out of toothpicks.

Would love to see this once you have made some progress.

I'm gonna see what people say once they have 7th ed, then I'll order the digital version if I get anything. I'm sure it will be some kind of playable, just got to see if those semi-local gamers will continue to play it unhindered.

I plan to check it out as well since the Kill Team rules from Heralds of Ruin need it, but other than that, I honestly could not really care since I have found other games to take up my time after I dropped mid-6th edition.

Also, I am out on a anime con today, so nothing really hobbying related, but I plan to share a bit of my cosplay on my blog after the event.

Yep - the top plate is a single piece and fits snugly on its pegs but is still easy to remove.

Finished my scourges. They look so much nicer than the fairy ones...

Now I'm working on a second squad of Trueborn. This will be my first foray into magnets, since I'm going to magnetize the ends of their Dark Lance barrels to come off, so I can field them as either Dark Lances or Blasters as the mood strikes me.

Will do. Just finished assembling them now. I need to let the plastic glue set completely before I start trying to slice the Dark Lances apart.

Finally finished picking events for Gencon, at least those events which I definitely want to get into. Hopefully my years of eBay sniping will help me quickdraw the really limited ticket events.

Now, off to feel bad about not getting anything painted today.

Today I'm working on ironing the kinks out of my Space Greek list.

It would be tremendously easier if I could just take two Grav Guns in a Tactical squad. I don't really want to spend the points for Sternguard, despite how effective they might be for the overall army list, because I'd much rather have three scoring units.

And no, I don't want to just wait for 7th Edition to actually come out. I'd like to work on it now because reasons.

Nice! Good job on the bone color.

Trying to decide if I should work on magnetizing my Trueborn, or modeling new greenstuff ghost helms onto my wracks.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Decided to magnetize the Trueborn. Now done. Yaaaay!

I'll try and get some pics this week.

Well tonight I pack up the remainder of the hobby stuff to be moved to my new place.

Then I have to answer an important question:

Is 40k still worth playing. I can't afford to bump up to a new edition, nor buying codices for my 2 armies (IG and SM). I will keep my Black Templars, but my IG may soon be getting culled.... I need the money for a ring anyways.
