All I did was get some Moderators assembled and primed, and finish up painting a couple of shirts. Still anxious about the 'iron-the-crap-out-of-them' and washing them phases.

Just got back from a few games of 40k

Wrote a list for this weekend's tournament.

repaired my Dreadfleet ships and played a game

Ordered some items from Fantasywelt:

Cyriss, Assimilator heavy vector,
Cryx, bane solo and bane UA,
Blood Angels, Tactical squad.

Finished basing my Exodites. Got my new flyer in the mail, but it's beat to hell and is going to take some substantial work to repair.

Zombie zombie and more zombies....

I tooka break from building drop pods to build a void shield generator, even though I have no real intention of using a void shield generator.

Staying with a freind for a few months so packed up a limited selection of my models.

Could always modify it into a nuclear power generator for your troop's terrain! Think of the children- I mean Space Marines!

Yeah I agree metal is worth buying badly painted and stripping usually. Not sure plastic ever is.

Need to try to finish my last holiday gift shirt (mass effect themed this time), and get all of the shirts heat-set and washed once to test the colorfastness.

Are you *kidding* me? All of the words I think should legitimately be mash-able(like this one =/), and not only is colorfast a word but I get away with colorfastness? Sad day english language, sad day.

Anyway... If I get that done I may look into painting some moderators, or possibly texturing some wall/barricade sections for the LoER comp.

The plan is to completely finish painting my kill team today...or rather the zooans and the neurothrope. The gaunts I will never touch a paintbrush to again. Neither I or my fiance want to ever do anything again to our models that survived the apartment fire this summer. The paint job on my models is so depressing with the hardcoat all washed and melted off...his models look more with apartment ash burned in to the model for the most part... That's dark eldar for you, i suppose.

Play some more kill team games if anybody's down for a game. Maybe I can get some more painting work done on my ork battlewagon....

Now I'll put it together.
However, I'm wondering that the Tactical have also larger bases.
I thought only DC got larger ones.

Looks like all Marines are on 32s from now on, and Necrons may be going that way too. Nothing to stop you using 25s, though.

working on a scratchbuilt grot tank and painting another squad of cultists. i've also got some space hulk terminators and some genestealers undercoated and waiting to begin.

Painting more Star Wars stuff up, a couple of Rebels and a TIE Advanced Prototype, and also sorting out rulebooks for my homemade SW ground and space combat rulesets, coming soon to a forum near you.

Painting tiny tiny men is tough without a tiny brush, and I just broke my best one. So the choice is try painting with an old and rather bristly brush, or wait and sit on my hands until i can get down to the cities and buy a new fancy brush.

I am probably going to paint anyhow, and then regret it. Oh well!

Found some very nice metal figures in a local store, they will be painted to represent officers, noble men and such for my English Civil war Royalist army.
Beside that I will be reading the rest of the Hail Caesare supplements I got from a friend

The Marines on the larger bases look great.
I wonder if they can be ordered online?

They are on GW site, but temporarily out of stock. It shouldn't be long before the 3rd party base makers get some 32s out.

those are only for jump pack models.

Nope. The new Tacticals are on 32s as well, so I expectv anything in PA will be going that way.

you're...kidding me right? I just finished two hundred 25 mil bases...
