Just got in some Testors dullcote lacquer(brush on). Gonna see if I can throw it down on top of my tacky bones models to reduce/eliminate the tackiness. Here's hoping. If this works, I may investigate getting the spray variety to just use in the first place.

good luck, and keep us up to date, i've had a few go tacky on me also, though my solution was to hit them with a few layers of watered down ink

Nothing much done today, though I did make a pretty neat discovery! I dry fit my Autilon Skorr model (minus the terrible cat-face helmet) and discovered that he's freaking huge! If only normal Astartes models were this tall! Or maybe "Autilon Skorr" was actually just Forge World's Alpharius model, and they decided that releasing him as an event exclusive under a different name would be the perfect plan!

Playing a 1000 point 40k match. Necrons vs Chaos Daemons. All my daemon anti-tank options have scattered off the table the moment they were deployed. Lol.
Also thinking of writing out how the WHFB end times would have worked out in the Blood Bowl universe.

@GreenskinLynn, it works! Oh my how it works!
Anyway... Testors Dullcote by the bottle. I had some bones that my usual spray sealer made tacky. I brushed the lacquer on and they are now totally dry/smooth/not-tacky to the touch. And it dries in a couple of minutes, which is nice. The main drawback is the horrible odor/noxious fumes. Use your mask, and do it outside or by a window with an out-blowing fan if at all possible. I fully intend to use this toxic stuff out on the porch as to do so in my hobby room (in the basement) would probably kill me.
Do be careful, if you put too much on/put it on too forcefully, you can wear the paint underneath it off. May solvent it off or something, not really sure. Only did it on one model and she was the furthest gone of my tacky dudes.
I ordered mine for like $5.50 on Amazon and consider it totally worth the cost, I'm sure I'll run into some quirks eventually but for right now it's got my 100% stamp of approval.
That was yesterday. As for today... I put a little more work down on my two Observance models, and kind of looked ahead to what other Infinity things I've got to do. Also planning to rebase some fantasy models onto KoW-friendly multibases... but haven't had any traction on that front today.

Since I prefer 6th edition WoC Knights as they match the Warriors on foot...I decided to buy a box of the plastic Knights to be mounted characters. They'll stand out as more ornate models and it cost me $33 for 5 mounted lords and heroes!!

Got my Arkham City Ra's Al Ghul today, he's a much, much more suitable scale compared to the BB one. Gave him a quick head swap for something closer to Matt Nable's version in Arrow and he's a fantastic mini! Can't wait to get painting!
But first I need to finish Angron. The arms and base are mostly done, the main body piece is getting there, and the face needs a fair bit more work. I get the feeling he's going to be utterly badass when it all comes together, though!

Possibly Firestorm Games in Cardiff, if that's what you mean.
I may try sellotaping the storage boxes to the outside of the car :3
