Working on some Tauros for my Guard.

Hopefully I'll get the skin and metals done on a few things this afternoon, depending on how much I have to do for uni this week

Built a final squad of Enforcer Peacekeepers (turns out I had 25!) and painted my Heroclix Maverick to be used in KM Marvel games.

Scale armour done, onto carving and sculpting shield designs.

Going to paint metals and black parts for 30 sons of horus tacticals. If still have time work on gold parts and the eye symbols plus heads and shoulder pads.

Finally got my Firestorm Armada fleet cleaned up and ready to rock. Cruiser detachment and a Battleship detachment - gonna prime them up and see what I can do painting wise.

Gonna try and finish up my Human Blood Bowl team. Also set up some goals for this month.

Going to try and paint the last two Grots and maybe the Minder if I get some time.

touch ups on my talos and cronos for today, that's about it.

Continuing the slow grind through The Others by airbrushing on the basecolour shades for Sloth. And then swearing as my airbrush clogs up again because I'm trying to do too much before flushing it out.

Then building a D.O.G. drone for Monday's Deadzone game. Because burst laser enforcers are so damn pricey.

The Defend the Shrine mission from Codex: Witch Hunters using Blood Angels and Chaos Marines.

Finished the two mono-pose Gretchin and got the Minder half finished.

Since I'm heading to meet family today less time and I have to fit models to project box which means the big pile of tacticals need to stay out(or rather the sprues of guns). So I take break from them(which have been progressing nicely. Need eye symbols and then shoulder pads and heads which I will take with me) and work on justicaerin and normal terminators this weekend. Also work on first rhino to see how it goes.

My painting style takes ages to get results but when results starts to come I get big chunks at once.

Weathering the remaining 2 of my AT-43 Red Blok Kolossus!! Got the "tester" done the other night... and going to do the other 2!!

Time permitting... might think about their bases also!

Finished the Minder and the conversion on a Mech. Now contemplating how to paint three Deffkopptas.

Played a 750 pt game of dropfleet, and picked up a UCM cruiser box.

Working on my Imperial Space Marine, as well as assembling another Razorback for my Dark Angels. I'm going to be playing a game of 40k with a friend this evening (my Daemonkin vs. his Orks), so that should be fun! Maybe I'll even do a battle report of it.

Grab a cheap Reaper Bones Pegasus or griffon. Sounds like it would be the right size. Those are only like $4-5. And then you can cut up the rest of the body for spare parts if/when needed.

May try to paint up a few infinity models who got drafted into TNT, but we'll see.

Repainting some DA vets as Fallen, and primed 30k Ahriman.

Went to Overlord at Abingdon and bought more stuff I really don't need.

Continuing work on my Iron Man Enforcers. Doing up a suit for fusion guns that is a plasma-centric armor.

Building the baddies from Hammerhal.

I'm working on my last 6 unpainted Rangers of Gondor, before I make a start on some Uruk hai Berserkers and Crossbows. After that, It'll be Easterlings, Haradrim, and some blue-skinned Goblins, in the style of Skyrim's Falmer

Amazingly after 4/5 years... I'm actually assembling my miniatures from "The Hobbit." And I was working on repairs for my even older Lord of the Rings miniatures (some which would have been bought in 2001 and 2002(!).

Why? Because I'm working on getting an army together for Kings of War.



I took this pic yesterday, a 2000 point 'Kingdoms of Men' army, made entirely using Lord of the Rings miniatures. Where I've got Moria Goblins to act as 'militia' in the list. However... Escape from Goblin Town has 36 goblins inside it, who lookswise fit in more likely to have been slaves in Isenguard, rather than the somewhat heavily armoured Moria goblins. And, there's more of them... So, I've been putting them together as replacements.

Then I worked on the rest of the minis as, well, to get rid of the sprues, really.


Off topic but... I'm still, years later, completely amazed at how half-a*sed the dead-tree materials were for "Escape from Goblin Town."
