Started painted a paint scheme that looked great on the test miniature and it was a disaster on the final miniatures

..I now have the shinest guardsman ever. Private Glittersparkles is going to generate questions...

Finishing the helblaster squad and 1 lieutenant from the primaris half of dark imperium.

Managed to demo DZC to somebody who liked it enough where he wants to get a starter and is enough of an influencer to bring in a couple more of his friends.

Painting this SW Predator and it's taking longer than it should.

These pieces along with 11ish others for a client.

Just finished shading the Lieutenants, Standard and Inceptors. Going out for the evening, so they'll be dry and ready for highlighting tomorrow.

Taking the metal sprue & gates off tiny ww2 equipment,and assembling a squadron of metal ju87 stuka's with cannon armaments,when i finish tidy up that is.

Painting some more steps on terminators, digging through bits to properly equip my 16 remaining scouts, and trying to decide between the Rievers/Aggressors/Repulsor/Redemptor to add to DI.

Assembled for my UCM DFC fleet:

1xRio cruiser
1xSan Francisco troop transport
4xNew Orleans Strike Carriers
2xToulon frigates

The Toulons and Rio are for the one command card (an extra Toulon to use for test schemes)

Finished the primaris half of dark imperium.
Transfers, static grass, sealant, the works.

I have another primaris half NOS.
Crud I hate painting.

Very cool. Is that sergeant/LT's head stock or did you replace it with a different one?

Applying decals to my Salamanders. Ahh, the smell of Microsol...

I also discovered that the Citadel texture tool is really useful in smoothing out decals.

I made more Overlords today.

Painted the Eldar Rangers a little, worked on a Wave Serpent, fixed more former Photobucket links.

I'm trying to get these Primaris Lieutenants finished. I'm also assembling some of my "counts-as" Khorne Berzerkers (AoS Bloodreavers).

Finished this Predator. Started working on Wolf Guard on bikes.

Visited the In-laws...so only time to download some backed up images and some manually downloaded from Photobucket to my Imgur account.

Got in my third game of 40k.
We played with just the contents of one Dark Imperium.
Took us nearly 4 hours to get to turn 5.

We're both older and enjoyed talking a lot during the game and were verbatim reading sections so we got them right.
Beginning to wonder if 2k points is even reasonable for our older, more casual group.

And if it isn't, then 1k will work just fine. Really liking this edition.

Assembling a World War 2 Era Infantry Landing support ship,half resin half metal.

I'm going to put some grass tufts on my Primaris Lieutenants, after which they will be 100% complete. Before I do that, I'll be using at least one of them in a Konor game at my FLGS, where hopefully I'll also pick up a Repulsor.
