Has anybody heard something about the GK? With the new librarian terminator armor, there has to be something. Size wise GK are fairly short so the new "everybody is the same size in Terminator armor" would be nice.

With so much of their chapter having Terminator armor and all being psychers, they deserve a little love.

I have two boxes of GK T-armor and I'll probably sell them if I hear any good news.

Basically Wizards sent out product early to a customer by mistake and thus sent Pinkertons to retrieve the cards.

Remember when GW sent someone Dante early and their response was "Cool paint job. Guess we better reveal him!".

WOTC took a... different approach.

The OGL thing was basically that the old one said 'You can use this in perpetuity to make your stuff, for free' and Wizards was of the opinion that their new version retro-actively cancelled stuff out that was made with the old license. I.e. that would have made a lot of their competitors, but also fan projects and open source stuff, liable for license payments or legal action. Luckily, it does not work that way at all, but the mere attempt caused a lot of bad blood.

Oh, absolutely, i'm not defending them in any way. I used to play magic in the past, but i'm a bit of a completionist for stuff like that and i could just not bear their stupid FOMO-maxing limited releases, 5+ altenate arts, 'Secret Lair' random drop and whatever bs else they piled on and on and on any longer, it was beginning to be more stress than an actual relaxing hobby...

Wizards/Hasbro to me is at the moment the absolute king of sleazy, predatory and abusive business practices in the physical game world.
