Well, for the negative one it's something like this:
*sound of fire alarm at 4:00 AM* "May I have your attention please, may I have your attention please. An emergency has been discovered in the building. Please make your way to the nearest exit, and proceed to leave the building. Do not use the elevators..."
For the positive one...I don't know probably something really cheesy. I think Malfred's wins.
