Well, the horse barding download for Oblivion was released today via X-Box live.

There is a big to-do over it because it costs 200 points, which is around $2.50 (US).

Clearly, the folks worked up about this being a high price have never played a miniature war game.

I have no qualms about paying it, hell its only a quid english money, thats enough for a 500ml bottle of coke.

I love the horse barding too, matches my wood elf look nicely.

BTW, I think if you fast travel, your horse will show up at the nearest stable automatically.

You can buy 'em right from your 360 console, but the cheapest way is to get a card at Circuit City or EB games, there sell'n 1600 points for $19.99.

MS and Best Buy are selling the same points for $25.
