gonna try really really hard to finish basecoating the colors on my cygnar before I apply a wash... don't know why I didn't finish up last night. I blame the Reaper of Souls.

Just finished a game of 40k against a friend, my Eldar versus his green tide, and dear lord it was great fun.
Some of the highligths of the game, Wraithknigth ripping appart a swarm of Ork sluggas and decimating a shoota boy sqad.

Oil Washing some cygnar models for a friend. And also going to paint and weather some tracks for some 15mm soviet ww2 tanks.

Doing some work on my Dakkajet's flghtbase. Hopefully it will see some primer by the end of the day. While the glue dries on that, I'll be doing some more batch-painting on my mob of Slugga Boyz. And when that becomes boring, I've got a couple random things on my paint bench that I can work on: Sisters of Battle, Menoth, Grey Knights, etc.

I will spend tonight's hobby time working on my Aegis line and finishing my last Bullgryn.

Working on trying to get a trade done for my Empire army and likely disassembling the space marines I just got from my brother and reassembling/pining/magnetizing them to prepare for priming.

Today is priming/base coating day for a large majority of my dark elves and maybe some skeletons. Soundtrack: Summoning- Old Morning's Dawn

I've finished building my Capitol Airborne Cavalry for Warzone and put the first layer of paint on my UCM army for Dropzone Commander

I'm trying to apply weathering techniques used by scale modellers who normally work in 1/35 scale to 1/100 tanks for 15mm WW2 games.

It turns out, just like every other part of miniature painting, the smaller the miniature in question, the more contrast you need for it to look right.

Working on the massed ranks of Guard still, got about 30 left before I'm ready to base everything...then TANKS.

Finally got my knight together, feel kind of stupid for letting it take so long because of the weapon swap-magnetizing options I did with the gun arm. Especially after I found a great tutorial on how to do it easily.

Layered on some blue on my 'washed' Cygnar.

well finally finished painting my 6pdr style autocannon's. all i have left is to attach the guns to the base once the glue has dried on the crew. got some primaris psykers to finish painting and a single commissar.

I'll be continuing work on my Aegis line as well as my Mordheim mercenaries warband. I'm also playing Necromunda again this weekend, so I need to get my two new juves (yay settlements) painted for my Goliath gang.

will be getting in my normal wednesday game but trying to start early and get 2 in to make up for being out of town on sunday and missing my sunday game

Learning Forge World rules for Chaos Renegades and how they apply to casual 40k, finishing up an Eldar guide before I buy any models and likely going to try to find the broken arm of a Tyranid Warrior because I can't exactly give the beast a bandage instead of his natural arm.

I wish my Orlocks could be dank and devious. They all just seem to get shot and suffer head wounds. They will have a chance to redeem themselves this weekend. Did you take any pictures of your game?

Fraid not

Right now it's a bit cobbled together.

My opponent was using unpainted (as yet) DV cultists, and i was using DE wyches for my Escher as i can't find the box with my old necromunda gangs and scenery in it.

The scenery was likewise a bit slapdash. I plan on having a full gameboard put together sometime soon though.
