Sorry at this stage we only have English as KS, unless we make French, but that will be retail version.

Could we stay on AvP topic, if you have a personal issue with Rob, please call him. and thanks for updating your pledge manager. Finally we can send you your product.

If I were Rob, I would definitely call all of this off. If he is trying to have Panic charged with libel defamation, he will likely lose. Sorry to say but a solicitor would have a field day with this! His better bet would be to get Panic looked after (as well as the rest of us) and then he wouldn't have to worry about people calling him out. Libel, is only libel, if it isn't true, which in this case, it is.

I'm honestly not sure what I've been accused of as the Police don't tell you that.
Only that it's not a police matter and is a civil matter.
Me and Rob can talk this out or the solicitors can.

Anyways.
I've already raised awareness of the Prodos link. which wouldn't be a concern If prodos had delivered to backers instead of retail and reviewers!
Now that Prodos have begun to talk to me I'm closer to achieving my main goal of getting my pledge or a refund.

Due to a complaint, Kickstarter blocked me from that KS page.


I gave Kickstarter a full rundown of events in my reply.
Links to Rob's Interviews and Linked in page... it's unclear what his position is.
He tells people he part owns Prodos Games and is a Director and that he was one of the four guys who came up with AVP idea.
Now he says he's just an employee. He was told that he would be made director but Prodos broke the promise.

I also requested that they cancel the KS under the grounds that Rob is too heavily involved in a KS that isn't yet complete and in trouble.

It also seems funny that they posted a link to this photo.

So my pledge manager was open AGAIN, I've closed it AGAIN today. I'm sure prodos will be able to despatch me the boxed game and available wave 2 add ons by the end of the week seeing how on top of things they are.

Well, I was not aware that KS can block some accounts.

No worries about us collapsing, however it's a bit like closed circle, more heat is on us via services we provide... less profit is made (lost or cancelled contracts) , meaning slower we ship KS stuff, as the profit we make on sales/services is used to cover shipping costs, more about that in tomorrows update + we will be showing new releases in Video form.

Also while you are around, what's happening with the predator young bloods and wetland yutani commandos, can't remember seeing any sculpts for these?

Here's what you have to do (on top of shipping what I paid for, and at this point have fully written of): Close the -ing pledge manager and stop re-opening it.
I pledged and paid for what I wanted, I have no intention of adding anything, or giving you any more money since it would only be wasted.
Since you use "the PM was open" as an excuse no to ship what I paid for, re-open it randomly, make no attempt at communicating that it was re-opened, and don't seems to re-close it promptly, it's rather clear that the goal of re-opening the PM is not customer service, it's to have an excuse not to ship.

Yes, you are correct, that was an issue at the beginning. In order to close down PM you needed to make sure that your balance is 0. Currently if you are not wishing to add anything it wont make any deference to you.

I've seen now you commenting a few times about peoples pledge manager not being updated with the proper information. Are you contacting people directly about this issue and letting them know there is an issue with there pledge manager? I know there was an issuer previously with US backers having to insert certain information because the pledge manager wasn't recording the information properly. Is this still the case?

Hey prodos what about those pledges that dont include a box game do you know if they will be shipped soon or are they at the back of the line ?

So I joined Dakka Dakka to comment on the AvP KS as it appears to be the only place to get answers.
I have followed all the instructions given by Prodos to receive my KS.
Had the galling experience of seeing the retail game on sale at one of the local games conventions in Sydney.
Sent off an email to Rob & Michal, which Michal replied

I may become one of the LUCKY ONES who will receive Wave 1 & 2 at the same time, but not holding my breath.

As a contrast I have backed the Conan game on their KS & have been updated with information at all stages of ANY change that will effect my delivery.

I received retail version as a backer but I decided to keep it and get offered predator tiles as a compensation. I sent an email to Michal about it but he never replied.

My question is how do you keep track of all the people who would like to get those extra predator tiles? Still waiting for some confirmation...actually any confirmation.
