As with most of my projects they are few and far between, however I have settled on a twist to a Nurgle based Chaos Space Marines Army based around the Angel of Death. I am trying to build it on a shoe string, so I am learning how to mold and create parts from scratch, cast in resin, and model green-stuff.

For the nuggets of wisdom I have picked up from the internet I would like to make a general "thank you" to all of the contributors.

Anyway on the the concept and idea ......

I'm sorry to all you "slave to the cannon" players out there and I mean no offense, but I can't stand "Spikey" Chaos Space Marines so I ruled out excessive 'spikey-ness' straight away.

I have always been fascinated by the original C'tan Nightbringer model (I used to have a metal one!!) so I thought I'd base my HQ unit on one.

Unnamed Angelus Mortis HQ (Possibly Daemon Prince). WIP - Green-stuff wings added.

1. Add more volume to the cloak, without obscuring detail
2. Give the existing robes more dynamic detail
3. Add the "Dark Bible" to the right hand

I'll post some more images as I update the conversion.
