Background

Da Konvertas are a collection of the craziest, decked out Orks (and Grots) on Dakka – they are led by 3 Runtherders who "happened" across a 'uge pile of teef left behind by some "generous" Bad Moons. They used this new found wealth to get in some extra time with the doc for additional augmentations and wat nots. They offered (read: rounded up) any grot that would want a "Konverta's Speshul." These upgrades meant the grots wouldn't be stepped on (as much) or bossed around (as much) anymore. Since each member of Da Konvertas is now a crack shot (in ork circles anyway) thanks to their upgrades and toughened with new bionics and weaponry, they came to be regarded as ferocious and tenacious as any Boyz mob around (or at least they thought so).

Lead by Waaaghmusic, CyberGits, and Graven, Da Konvertas are the indomitable underdogs, often most overlooked, but very cunning and ruthless Orks in Waaagh Dakka.

The Unit

Da Konvertas are lead byWaaaghmusic, Graven and Gitsplitta and are made up of various DCM and Dakkanauts. Da Konvertas uses the "Gretchin Mob" profile entry from the Warhammer 40,000 Orks Codex. Members of this mob must use cybork bodies as a wargear item and must display cybork parts on their model, and have hazard stripes somewhere, letting everyone know just how dangerous they really are. The unit can have a maximum of 3 Runtherders, 30 Gretchin, and has 3 Squighounds, one for each Herder.
