Epic Model

Grand Exemplar Kreoss

Epic Kreoss supports a melee army with his spells and feat. The Strength of Arms Feat gives him and his faction models automatically hitting melee attacks and extra attacks. While never ideal, Kreoss himself benefits from his feat, and killed models in his area heal him.

The Attrition 'Jack

Fire of Salvation

• PIP 32052

The Fire of Salvation has an Affinity Ability with Kreoss that helps it remove upkeep spells on enemy models when it hits it. In addition, its Righteous Vengeance move aids Kreoss as the melee portions of the army start to die.

Errants

Exemplar Errants

• PIP 32036 (Minimum Unit Box)
• PIP 32037 (Two blisters to fill out the Unit)
• PIP 32066 (Officer and Standard Bearer)

Whether or not you decide to fill out the unit, you want to consider getting the officer unit attachment. Your line troops will be multiple instances of the Knights Exemplar Unit, but these guys will be your harassers, and the officer adds the Pathfinder Ability, the Quick Work Ability and the standard makes the unit immune to enemy spell targeting.

Seneschal

Exemplar Errant Seneschal Solo

• PIP 32067

If you're using Errants, the Errant Seneschal grants them a great deal of utility. While in the Seneschal's Command range, errants gain the Hunter Ability, allowing them to shoot through clouds and ignore other defensive buffs that would otherwise make things difficult for the Errants' RAT 6. The Seneschal himself can assault into combat, getting extra distance on the ranged attack.

Vengers

Exemplar Vengers

• PIP 32041 (Minimum Unit Box)
• PIP 32042 (Buy two to fill out the unit)

Vengers are a special kind of thing with the Strength of Arms Feat. They charge in, make impact attacks, and they automatically hit everything in their way. They continue on into combat and deliver a lance charge attack against their target and a weaponmaster sword attack against a model in its half inch melee range. A well timed feat can really clear the room.

Gravus's presence on the table protects ALL exemplar models in his CMD range from being knocked down, including Kreoss.
