Welcome Inquisitor Hexx...

First matter: The investigation into improperly sanctified Purity Seals has concluded with satisfactory results. No trace of corruption or hint of heresy was detected in the samples provided. The shipments from the Adeptus Ministorum will be taken out of quarantine and released to their original destination.

Second matter: The Departmento Munitorum reported discovery of a counterfeit medals worn by guardsmen of the Stygian 33rd. The medals were confiscated and administrative punishment ordered for soldiers found in possession of one by the company Commissar. Upon investigating it was determined the medals were not counterfeits, but neither were they ever awarded to the Stygian 33rd. The sentence stands on this ground. The medals were produced by a Mechanicus priest called Steamtech 1876 and delivered via a Rogue Trader named Renquist Von Reik. Orders have been issued to have them brought before the conclave to answer questions about their activities but as yet neither has been located.

Be aware the Steamtech and Renquist Von Reik are not declared Hereticus yet, however their activities must be questioned and their motives made clear. They are to be presented to the conclave as soon as possible but without force. The is no evidence yet of any wrongdoing and the Von Reik lineage is quite distinguished. A poorly handled incident with them could result in unfortunate entanglements we would best avoid right now in light of the recent Julii incident.
